Excalibur’s innovative M-System Steel Shelving boasts our patented new fastening technology. M-System Steel Shelving units are equipped with pre-assembled uprights and one piece shelves that eliminate the need for additional hardware (clips, rivets, rails or support brackets). M-System Steel Shelving units are assembled using a patented extrusion process creating strong interlocking joints without welding or riveting-which means no welds to break, or rivets to pop. Steel shelves are hemmed and reinforced for strength and rigidity. The M-System Steel Shelving Units provide an ease of assembly that ends undue frustration, reduces installation time, and saves you money!
We offer a wide range of steel shelving systems available in both 24 and 16 gauge galvanized steel. Our 16 gauge steel shelving systems can handle a load up to 2,000 pounds, for loads exceeding that amount, our heavy duty 24 gauge steel shelves can provide the strength you need. Excalibur’s steel shelving systems have shelving depths from 12 to 24 inches; shelving lengths from 36 to 48 inches; and are available in heights ranging from 3 to 12 feet.
Excalibur’s cost effective, high quality steel shelving systems come with a variety of options to help you build the shelving system that is the exact solution to your steel shelving needs. Options include, steel kick plates, wire backing, hardboard back panels, and floor anchors. For added safety and stability, our steel shelving units are available with 18 gauge galvanized steel channels, 24 gauge galvanized steel shelving, 24 gauge galvanized steel reinforcement struts, and shelf engagement tabs. In our effort to provide the safest and strongest steel shelving systems, X-Braces, constructed of two 18 gauge x ¾ inch wide galvanized strips, are required on any free standing unit or on every other unit in a run.
